Return and Refund Policy

Return requests require the item to be in good condition, undamaged or not severely used, and to retain its original packaging and accessories for smooth review and processing.

Refunds will be processed after the return request is approved and will typically be returned to the original payment account within 3 business days. The exact arrival time may vary slightly depending on the payment method.

Due to ongoing losses, the merchant has decided to clear out inventory at a loss. Some items are currently being sold at clearance prices, in limited quantities. Therefore, please confirm your needs before purchasing to avoid unnecessary returns.

Return Timeframe

Users can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the item. Return requests will not be accepted after 30 days.

Returns Not Supported

Return requests may not be accepted in the following situations:

The product has been damaged by the customer.

The purchase was made by mistake due to personal reasons, affecting the product’s resale value.

The original packaging or accessories were not retained as required.

Refund Processing Instructions

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a refund as soon as possible. The refund amount will be calculated based on the actual order details and does not include any additional fees incurred due to personal reasons. The refund will be credited to your account within 3 business days.
